Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and manage emergency roadside assistance requests from Dutch-speaking customers.
  • Assess customer needs and coordinate with appropriate service providers for prompt assistance.
  • Maintain clear communication with service partners to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions and assistance requests accurately for quality assurance and tracking.
  • Keep customers updated throughout the assistance process to ensure their comfort and reassurance.
  • Stay knowledgeable about company policies and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
