Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partner relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing programs, and business development techniques.
  • Familiarity with Intuit’s products and the broader financial technology ecosystem is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to define partnership strategies and joint initiatives.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure partnership success.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and customer support teams.
  • Collect partner feedback and monitor market trends for new opportunities.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to partners.
  • Proactively address issues or challenges within partner relationships.
