Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a fast-paced B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with business tools and processes, including CPQ, customer success platforms, and others.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM), including UAT and JIRA.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of sales and customer success processes.
• Experience with customer support processes.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support) and technical teams to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
• Lead workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand business challenges, processes, and objectives.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions.
• Lead and manage projects across various business teams and applications.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Support and optimize business applications, including Salesforce, CPQ, and others.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business users.
• Develop and deliver training materials.
• Stay current with tools and recommend improvements.
• Lead change management efforts for new system implementations.
• Continuously review and optimize system usage.
