Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business studies or relevant work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years in the medical device industry; experience in neurosurgery or radiation oncology is a plus.
• Ability to create and manage key partnerships.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in issue resolution.
• Ability to multi-task, self-start, and work well with all organization levels.
• Experience managing lengthy sales cycles with physicians and surgeons.
• Strong presentation skills to management and customers.
• Market analysis, strategic planning, leadership, and teambuilding.

Responsibilities:

• Exceed top line revenue goals and key performance indicators aligned with corporate objectives.
• Present product features and benefits during sales consultations, hospital visits, and workshops.
• Select and accelerate new sales opportunities profiling key individuals for product adoption.
• Develop accurate sales forecasting.
• Identify activities to enhance the sales process.
• Gain clinical support and manage education on the product.
• Leverage sales tools and best practices for stakeholder presentations.
• Utilize CRM for account planning and reliable business intelligence.
• Submit necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
