Requirements:

• In-depth background in remote work as an Independent Contractor.

• Previous experience in sales operations, administrative support, or staffing roles is an advantage.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Zoominfo is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Job Adder) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with staffing industry processes and terminology is a plus.
