Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Proven experience in managing high-level marketing campaigns and events.
• Expert level in Marketo, Salesforce, G Suite, and advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
• Strong data analytics skills to drive decision-making.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in team management.
• Excellent communication skills for internal team collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and regional sales goals.
• Oversee the creation and execution of the Federal marketing plan in collaboration with the Partner, Technical and Sales team.
• Lead the design, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns including digital, email, and social media.
• Manage larger scale or multiple regional events, ensuring strategic alignment, budget management, and ROI.
• Mentor and manage the Marketing Event Manager.
• Deep dive into analytics to assess campaign performance and marketing ROI.
• Oversee the creation, approval, and distribution of marketing materials.
