Requirements:

• Previous travel or industry related experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English / Spanish required.
• Experience with Google Sheets and documents.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.
• Ability to multi-task and use a variety of systems and tools.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily distribution to external channel listing sites using reporting tools.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal teams daily via emails and other internal communication channels.
• Assist in facilitating channel partner initiatives, listing optimization, and review performance metrics.
• Research errors and resolve issues with listings.
• Work effectively both independently and as a member of the team.
• Complete assigned projects to fruition while meeting deadlines.
• Support channel team in achieving distribution performance goals.
