• Perfect level in English (written and spoken).
• Strong skills in analyzing and evaluating candidate profiles.
• Ability to work independently with high levels of responsibility and commitment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Posting and sourcing several roles per day using Jobgether, Workable, and LinkedIn.
• Conducting evaluations of candidates, including skill assessments and experience reviews.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to fully understand hiring needs through Slack messages or Google Meet interviews.
