Requirements:
  • 5+ Years experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Business Analyst consultant.
  • Ability to create consensus among technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent understanding of modern application architectures like REST APIs and Microservices.
  • Knowledge of IT organizations and application development in medium to large-sized companies.
  • Engineering or Computer Application background.
  • Experience in problem-solving within fast-moving technical environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical discovery with prospects, examining their architecture and requirements.
  • Design solutions that demonstrate how Talon.One can integrate into complex tech stacks.
  • Customize messaging and demos based on the prospect's challenges and goals.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise sales team for strategic direction.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders within prospects’ organizations.
  • Execute technical Proofs of Technology either remotely or on-site.
  • Manage the technical relationship with prospects, including senior executives.
  • Ensure high-quality responses to RFIs/RFPs from enterprises.
  • Understand business goals and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Mentor junior sales engineering team members.
