Requirements:

• A degree in law from a reputable university (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• A solid understanding of intellectual property law, commercial contracts, and data privacy law.
• Previous legal experience (e.g., internships or part-time roles) is a plus.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support and advice across various areas of law and business units, including sales and commercial operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including software licensing agreements, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Liaise with clients and external counsel on legal matters.
• Conduct research for ad hoc legal and regulatory projects.
• Maintain and update a centralized contract management system.
