Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Experience in cybersecurity including product security, software supply chain security, or SCA.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Coding or scripting skills in Python, Java, etc., are a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing Proof of Value programs and product demos.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Effectively work across sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles focused on software supply chain risks.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales to deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Own and execute Proof of Value (PoV) programs for customer understanding of solutions.
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for support and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product management and engineering.
  • Assist in configuring and optimizing customer solutions, including coding/scripting.
  • Identify upselling opportunities with account teams through technical engagement.
  • Utilize cybersecurity knowledge to position solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, product management, and engineering.
  • Develop technical enablement content and provide training to teams and customers.
  • Drive technical excellence and mentorship within the GTM organization.
