Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue services.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in the development and presentation of training materials.
• Degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred.
• No certification or licensure is required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform system training and process analysis to support the development and implementation of training programs.
• Conduct adult training programs and train on assigned systems.
• Prepare for training by arranging schedules and documenting attendance.
• Support system practice management changes and understand processes related to identified systems.
• Document process updates and write revenue services newsletters.
• Prioritize educational needs across the revenue cycle while understanding operational policies and procedures.
