Requirements:

• Has minimum 3 years of experience in mobile-responsive Email Development/Design and Email coding (HTML, CSS).
• Can introduce standardized/modular templates with best-in-class designs.
• Applies best practices in Email Development, compliance regulations, and accessibility.
• Creates a code bank/template library accessible for mixed skill sets.
• Supports training needs and provides troubleshooting assistance.
• Possesses good time management skills to handle multiple email projects.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the Visual Designer and CRM colleagues to convert designs to responsive email code.
• Creating a set of templates and a code library for the CRM team.
• Being the email template SME for builds and amends.
• Ensuring best practice accessibility requirements are met.
• Delivering code that works across email clients and devices.
• Coding, bug checking, and testing emails for technical quality.
• Following industry best practice guidelines for responsive designs.
• Utilizing MarTech stack, particularly Movable Ink, for engaging content.
• Supporting the team with training needs and documentation.
