Requirements:
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
  • Adaptable with experience in high velocity technology companies
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Familiarity with open source technology is advantageous
  • Excellent communicator in person, online, in writing

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed team quarterly and annual revenue and consumption goals
  • Partner with Account Director to prospect into an existing key account base and identify new opportunities for revenue growth
  • Drive consumption, retention and expansion within the portfolio
  • Identify new leads within existing accounts and schedule follow-up meetings
  • Collaborate closely with Observability Architects and Professional Services teams for customer success
  • Contribute and execute a detailed account strategy for customer benefit
  • Understand and convey the value of Grafana Labs technology
  • Develop expertise in Grafana Labs technology for effective communication and uncover opportunities.
