- 6-8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing and/or business development with high-tech, IT, HRIS or enterprise software space preferred.
- Previous track record of successful execution in marketing program with measurable results.
- Prior experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing plans.
- Skilled in Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense/ABM for job execution is advantageous.

- Develop relationships with partner marketing counterparts at key partners’ level to develop and implement co-marketing plans that are measurable and compelling.
- Drive the creation and execution of all partner marketing activities including events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
- Liaise with the internal creative and content team to create compelling and cohesive content and packaging.
- Report on campaign performance against key business drivers and program objectives.
- Communicate and collaborate across internal teams for clarity and alignment.
