Requirements:
  • 6-8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing and/or business development with high-tech, IT, HRIS or enterprise software space preferred.
  • Previous track record of successful execution in marketing program with measurable results.
  • Prior experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing plans.
  • Skilled in Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense/ABM for job execution is advantageous.
  • Strong program experience in building and executing results-driven demand generation.
  • Metric-oriented with a passion for analyzing products, competitors and market dynamics.
  • Ability to manage projects and make decisions across multiple opportunities and priorities.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills.
  • Meticulous and quick learner with a “roll up the sleeves” approach.
  • Strong ethical and optimistic mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
  • Align with Partner Account Managers to support the engagement of partners which includes onboarding, enablement, & programs development.
  • Develop relationships with partner marketing counterparts at key partners’ level to develop and implement co-marketing plans that are measurable and compelling.
  • Drive the creation and execution of all partner marketing activities including events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Liaise with the internal creative and content team to create compelling and cohesive content and packaging.
  • Report on campaign performance against key business drivers and program objectives.
  • Communicate and collaborate across internal teams for clarity and alignment.
