Requirements:

• A degree in project management or business discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in a hands-on project management role with 2 years in a technical environment, preferably SaaS.
• Prior experience with external customers is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with external customers and managing expectations.
• Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely.
• Attention to detail in documenting estimates, requirements, and project dates.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with internal Sales and Customer Success team members, existing customers, and prospects to facilitate the design of integration solutions.
• Engages with customers and prospects in pre-sales efforts to scope solutions and document service requests.
• Develops and delivers scoping documentation to project stakeholders.
• Drives multiple projects with a value-based approach focusing on Speed to Value.
• Interprets customer requirements into project plans and monitors project timelines and finances.
• Tracks and documents work, provides project status updates, facilitates meetings, and communicates action items.
• Sets and manages expectations with stakeholders and drives projects to successful completion.
• Proactively manages project scope changes and collaborates with internal teams to improve processes.
