Requirements:

• 4-6+ years working within a Salesforce Consultant role or a customer-facing advisory role.
• At least two years of project management experience deploying technical solutions.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven success in team-oriented environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Practical knowledge of software development best practices.
• Strong aptitude for prioritization and multitasking.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams to execute all project implementation phases including planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
• Provide project teams with best practices based on experience.
• Act as a liaison between partners, clients, and technical teams.
• Translate customer needs into documented project requirements and user stories.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed using Vantage Point standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Participate in the design, development, and documentation of scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Facilitate client requirements and design sessions.
• Conduct various testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Manage customer relationships and day-to-day interactions.
