Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• State Issued Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• 1-3 years experience in a sales position.
• Preferred experience in Insurance Sales (Personal or Commercial) and Call Center.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert for small business and personal insurance needs.
• Make coverage recommendations through a curated interview process.
• Handle customer inbounds, digital bind requests, and follow-ups promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction scores.
• Assist customers with the policy purchase process, verifying policy details, processing payments, and using DocuSign.
• Alert leadership of system or carrier issues and attend training.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of guidelines and keep insurance license current.
