Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Digital Communications, Business, IT, or relevant fields.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Account Manager, or in Business Development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation skills, including handling escalations.
  • Experience in outreach on LinkedIn and social media.
  • Proficient in cold calls, cold emails, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in hiring and talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, can-do attitude, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for client's full-life cycle in Recruitment/Headhunting Services.
  • Connect with domestic and global companies to introduce recruiting services.
  • Handle direct sales efforts from lead generation to successful job placements.
  • Achieve quota targets for contract numbers and job placements revenue.
  • Drive recruitment services adoption for client hiring needs.
  • Manage hiring pipeline and develop client relationships for retention.
  • Initiate plans for upselling and cross-selling activities.
  • Ensure operational excellence for timely delivery of applications.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and produce reports.
