• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, reach out to, and qualify SMB prospects through calls, emails, and social media channels.
• Conduct product demos and presentations, showcasing Dozuki’s capabilities and ROI.
• Manage and track prospect interactions through our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to build strong client relationships.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Gather and communicate market insights and customer feedback to inform product roadmaps.
