Requirements:

• 3+ years business analysis or product management experience.
• 2+ years experience in Healthcare or Insurance.
• 2 years of experience in Research and Development for software products (ideal but not required).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering).
• Proven experience as a Product Manager focusing on market-facing products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, overseeing strategy formulation and redesign efforts.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive 2 to 3 year product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to gather business requirements for outcome monitoring.
• Drive growth-oriented product work through feedback loops and conducting experiments.
• Identify new product markets and features through continuous ideation.
• Conduct market research to determine customer needs and ensure customer-centric development.
• Manage KPIs for product effectiveness and provide insights for product marketing strategies.
