Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in recruitment or coordination.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with proficiency in English and minimal accent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s hiring platform, ensuring job postings are accurate, current, and optimized.
• Review resumes and applications, schedule and conduct interviews, and provide hiring feedback.
• Coordinate pre-employment paperwork and welcome new hires during orientation sessions.
• Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth transitions for departing employees.
