Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
• Proficiency in CRM software, ideally Salesforce, and data analysis programs like Excel/Google sheets and Looker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with collaboration capability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Commercial Operations Director and Analyst to optimize Salesforce for accurate data entry and reporting.
• Ensure Looker database matches Salesforce data and collaborate with sales on opportunities.
• Own contract data entry into Salesforce and manage upload of executed contracts.
• Approve and enter comped plaque and ischemia scans and answer related finance queries.
• Assist with manual data pulls, analysis, and board meeting preparation.
