Requirements:

• 8+ years of work experience in data, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
• At least 1 year of experience applying Large Language Models or significant side projects with LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
• Deep understanding of best practices in AI, including prompt engineering and model tuning.
• Experience in processing and annotating natural language data to create quality datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience shipping production algorithms and understanding software engineering principles.
• A drive for technical excellence and a desire to continuously improve.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of Cedar’s data and create curated datasets from various inputs.
• Design and develop AI-powered features for patient experience and servicing solutions.
• Define and utilize evaluation frameworks for testing and measuring model performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to implement AI solutions.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and identify new opportunities for business value.
• Present technical approaches and results to partners across the organization.
• Facilitate learning and development sessions to keep the team informed on AI advancements.
• Provide technical leadership for large, cross-functional projects.
