Requirements:

• Experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures in the operating room.
• Experience utilizing fluoroscopy is a plus.
• Strong customer relationships and procedural skill development.
• Able to travel up to 80%.
• Residence in Cincinnati, Ohio area is a plus.
• Highly desirable candidates will have a degree or certification in a medical-related field (ex: LPN, RN, Surg Tech, Rad Tech, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical case coverage as assigned.
• Train the surgical team to assist in good patient outcomes during the training period.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of perioperative surgical technology and hospital policies.
• Demonstrate appropriate interactions with hospital service providers.
• Maintain and prepare equipment/kits for surgery and perform Quality Control audits.
• Troubleshoot equipment according to standard procedures.
• Provide intra-operative clinical product support.
• Ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist in physician training and sales training programs.
