• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on executive recruitment.
• Proven experience leading talent acquisition projects with measurable success.
• Strong expertise in community engagement and sourcing strategies for diverse talent.
• Professional recruitment certification preferred and experience with social media.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive-level positions, collaborating with leadership.
• Lead executive search efforts and build talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Manage strategic talent acquisition projects such as employer branding and workforce planning.
• Develop community sourcing strategy to build relationships with local organizations.
• Provide strategic support to the Director of TA and mentor junior recruiters.
