Requirements:
  • Minimally undergraduate degree required.
  • Minimally 8+ years of QCS experience.
  • Minimally 3+ years of Sales Management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire others.
  • Relentless focus on client's needs and service excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, highly matrixed environment.
  • Superb time management, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com CRM highly preferred.
  • Expert communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities:
  • Help build and lead a team of 6-8 Account Executives to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Oversee $18MM in revenue under management.
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to reach sales goals and develop professionally.
  • Act as escalation point for difficult client issues.
  • Guide team members in developing strategic account and growth plans.
  • Manage pipeline and accurately forecast sales commitments.
  • Stay informed of industry-specific challenges and work with leadership on action plans.
  • Align attorney supply with client demand.
  • Manage performance of team members and engage in recruitment.
