Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in risk management at a global financial institution or financial services firm.
• Experience managing credit or market risk, specifically in relation to margin requirements for derivatives.
• Proven ability to build out risk programs at various maturity levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with commercial business insight, capable of influencing at all levels of seniority.
• Ability to balance strategic focus with tactical implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain risk programs aligned with regulatory guidelines.
• Liaise with stakeholders to provide independent assurance on key business risks.
• Design risk frameworks for leveraged product offerings.
• Continuous improvement of risk management framework for exchange and clearing operations.
• Engage in the product design process to mitigate structural risks.
• Collaborate with business partners to resolve product and client challenges.
• Perform deep dives on risk events and present findings to senior management.
