Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a field-based sales, business or market development role in the genomics and/or life sciences industry.
  • Direct experience in a commercial capacity with NGS, single-cell, or multiomics technologies.
  • Experience negotiating complex B2B commercial agreements.
  • Experience selling into or managing relationships at academic cores, CROs, pharma, or translational labs.
  • Knowledge in cancer research, neuronal disorders, aging, or reproductive health is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; strong public speaking.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Self-starter, collaborative, with a customer-first mentality.
Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for annual revenue targets and other business objectives as assigned to geographic territory.
  • Develop, execute, monitor and report a commercial strategy to grow the territory.
  • Manage a growing opportunity pipeline and use CRM software effectively.
  • Partner with marketing and executive teams to promote technology and develop customer advocacy.
  • Manage key accounts and collaborations to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Travel expectations: 50-60% time, primarily within North America.
