Requirements:
  • Direct long-term fleet management sales experience is a must, with leases ranging from 2-5 years.
  • Exceptional use of CRM (Salesforce) or any CRM.
  • Strong networking and sales lead development capabilities.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written skills effective at all levels, including 'C' level executives.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements for assessing credit worthiness.
  • Knowledge of leasing contracts and ancillary fleet management services.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Desire and ability to learn, inquisitive in nature.
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate company resources to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers to solve customer pain points with value-added services.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships for new prospects and clients with a focus on hunting new business.
  • Probe for unfulfilled needs of prospects and present tailored solutions.
  • Engage in strong networking and sales lead development.
  • Influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Home office based with periodic travel required.
