Requirements:

• 12 - 18 months of successful experience delivering activation for clients in Paid Search.
• Passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of others.
• Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management.
• A good understanding about how other channels work and optimize together.
• Confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Advancing data analysis and storytelling skills.
• Strong attention to detail, methodical and process-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Using your knowledge to deliver brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
• Follow all best practice and QA processes.
• Deliver highly insightful reporting on campaign performance with a good understanding of how this connects to other Practices.
• Advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population.
• Develop ideas for process improvements, innovation and automation that drive measurable impact.
• Have regular exposure to clients and develop your presentation skills.
