Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology, software, or information security market.
  • 6+ years of experience managing national teams.
  • Proven management of complex global sales relationships of $200M/year or greater.
  • Experience with a portfolio of $2.5B+ in TTM revenue.
  • Knowledge of security and networking markets.

  • Lead partner operations team for efficiency and partner experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner Channel Account Manager(s) and Executives.
  • Formalize Quarterly Business Reviews and collaborate strategically across departments.
  • Negotiate and track rebate programs with partners.
  • Identify training gaps for partners to enhance knowledge.
  • Manage partner certification requirements.
  • Collaborate on tools development for partner portals.
