Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2 years of experience; or High School Diploma with 6 years of experience.
• Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have clearance at SECRET level or ability to obtain it within 12 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning, customer training, and system optimization.
• Become an expert on Silvus' radio and networking solutions.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
• Visit customer sites to deliver training and technical support.
• Troubleshoot failures and abnormal situations in the field.
• Analyze field failures and provide feedback to the development team.
• Participate in resource allocation and hardware maintenance.
• Help drive future product development.
• Travel requirements: 50% for meetings, events, and demonstrations.
