Requirements:

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of payments, banking, or financial services.
• Specific knowledge in card issuing and BIN installations.
• Great organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Superior communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary internal stakeholder for a key Marqeta reseller partner as the point of contact for day-to-day technical operations.
• Use project management tools to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
• Collaborate with partners, payment networks, and cross-functional teams for accurate delivery of programs.
• Develop deep relationships within Marqeta and advocate for the partner's needs.
• Maintain open communication in a regulated and technical environment.
