Associate Insurance Broker

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a P&C insurance broker.
• Strong command of workers compensation coverage, exposures, and markets.
• Demonstrated knowledge of core insurance principles with the ability to explain them to clients.
• Excellence in communication, negotiating, and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with Applied Epic / EZLynx and Salesforce CRM.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Prior experience in agriculture is a plus.
• Prior experience in the tech industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to drive insurance sales as part of Seso’s overall product offering.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on workers compensation during sales calls.
• Manage insurance production activities throughout the application, quote, proposal, and binding process.
• Develop strong relationships with underwriters for competitive client terms.
• Handle endorsement requests and ensure timely updates to policies.
• Assist clients with claims and guide them through the claims process.
• Drive policy renewals and maintain high client satisfaction through proactive service.
• Manage client requests for certificates of insurance and other inquiries.
• Log all customer and broker activity in company systems.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain industry credentials.
