Requirements:

• 1-3 years in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in SaaS, tech, or intelligence sales roles.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with the agri-food sector or enterprise sales cycles is a plus.
• Comfortable learning and explaining SaaS solutions with basic understanding of CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field preferred.
• Self-starter with a growth-oriented mindset and passion for connecting with others.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential enterprise customers through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Analyze industry trends and key pain points for enterprise clients in the agri-food sector.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for a seamless handover to the sales team.
• Craft and deliver tailored messages showcasing the value of SaaS-based solutions.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns.
• Maintain records of prospect interactions in CRM tools.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s SaaS offerings.
