Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• CSM certification is required; PMP and SAFe certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects/scrum teams with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience as Project Manager, Scrum Master, Release Manager, or Implementation Manager.
• Proficient with project tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the health care or health plan industry.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and senior executives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the execution of programs and projects by leading multiple project teams.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including Business, Technology, Finance, Analytics, and Operations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, meet quality standards, and adhere to budget constraints.
• Develop and enhance processes promoting cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategically plan and implement project roadmaps in alignment with stakeholders.
• Define project management methodologies suitable for the projects.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate participation by stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend process improvements aligned with business objectives.
