• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Flexible approach to work with quick adaptation to changes.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Financial experience with budget creation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify grant opportunities through research platforms.
• Coordinate, develop, and process grant applications from conception to submission.
• Establish priorities and target dates to meet proposal deadlines.
• Perform internal reviews and assess feasibility of securing external funding.
• Maintain a grant management system for compliance and reporting.
• Evaluate and redesign proposal-writing processes to improve results.
• Support the Director of Development in writing and editing funding materials.
• Promote ongoing learning and dialogue around racial equity.
