Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onsite staff when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • Assist in printing and distributing daily paperwork including call sheets.
  • Maintain props and set during the run.
  • Oversee resets in between shows.
  • Work with AV equipment for operations.
  • Ensure the run of show is on time.
  • Oversee inventory.
  • Ensure the safety of the full company.
  • Complete incident reports on behalf of the crew.
  • Complete detailed daily show reports for the Production Company.
  • Assist with Production Load in and Load out.
  • Oversee set inventory including props and sets.
