Responsibilities:

• Calling out operations delays and collaborating with regional and process managers to resolve issues when Vertical Lead is unavailable.
• Responsible for daily and weekly summary emails detailing breaches and their reasons.
• Creating and managing a daily task list.
• Identifying and presenting process or product shortfalls for improvement within the network.
• Maintaining various reports specific to vertical and team standards.
