Requirements:

• A degree in art direction or graphic design.
• 5+ years agency and/or client-side experience conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Experience and knowledge in the digital and social space.
• Experience working on CPG, food brands big and small, and understanding consumer segments highly desired.
• Must provide a link to your online portfolio for consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Creative Director and Strategy teams to produce excellent creative work that drives results based on client goals.
• Leverage data and industry trends to inform creative ideas that are on strategy and drive results for our clients.
• Continuously understand and account for client audience insights, product benefits, offers, KPIs, brand standards, and production specifications.
• Lead the ideation and execution of photo and video shoots; be present on-set for shoots.
• Participate in branding exercises – including logos, colors, fonts, photography style, etc.
