Requirements:

• B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience onboarding regulated clients and conducting AML/KYC investigations.
• Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines such as BSA, OFAC, and FinCEN.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with high profile clients to perform platform walk-throughs and answer complex questions.
• Conduct investigative review and analysis in support of KYC/AML compliance policies.
• Analyze client responses and documentation regarding KYC information.
• Document Client Due Diligence / Enhanced Due Diligence investigations.
• Decide whether activity warrants escalation and recommend rejection of client applications if documentation appears suspicious.
• Incorporate feedback from quality assurance and maintain detailed documentation.
• Stay updated on industry standards and apply regulatory requirements in investigations.
