Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business curriculum, such as Accounting, Finance, etc.
• 2-4 years of previous experience in finance including experience with basic accounting tasks and processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Desire to grow and learn tremendously.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Being analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, innovative, proactive, thorough, diligent, trustworthy, and efficient.
• Having a positive mindset, integrity, and honesty.
• Ability to work remotely and independently while being self-organized.

Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts receivables activities including setting up accounts and contracts, sending out invoices, reconciling incoming payments, performing collection activities, and resolving outstanding payments.
• Communicating with customers about day-to-day concerns such as invoicing, payments, collections, and payment methods.
• Collaborating across teams (especially sales, delivery, and business operations) to ensure smooth operations.
• Performing Accounts Receivable month-end closing activities.
• Performing various Accounts Receivable reporting.
• Following team agreements, policies, and procedures manuals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation for financial operations and transactions.
• Contributing ideas and suggesting process improvements to drive greater efficiency.
