Requirements:

• Track record of exceeding quota at top of sales leaderboard.
• Experience selling new product lines that create new markets.
• Demonstrated success in Retail, B2B, or Field sales, including Account Management.
• Strong business development skills with experience prospecting for new business.
• Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers.
• Ability to orchestrate multiple internal resources and teams.
• Passionate for agriculture with an understanding of the inputs market.
• Ability to understand business financials and price/volume relationships.
• Strong relationship-building skills over various communication methods.
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Salesforce, and customer support practices.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute plans to achieve sales goals in assigned territory.
• Work with existing dealers to retain SOURCE customers and grow those accounts year-over-year.
• Creatively break into new dealer accounts, introducing them to SOURCE.
• Seek sales opportunities and connect customers to value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain accurate forecasts and account planning.
• Train dealers on new products and programs.
• Drive Grower awareness through co-selling, trade shows, and meetings.
• Manage selling expenses and operational budget within guidelines.
• Use Salesforce to track activities and capture sentiment.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve customer complaints.
