Requirements:
  • Customer facing experience in Solutioning, Post Sale Support, or Project Management with a technical background.
  • Experience managing Enterprise customer accounts, particularly in North American or European markets.
  • Strong skills during customer advocacy and escalation with influencing abilities.
  • Good understanding of technical concepts around Network, PKI, Automation, and Security.

Responsibilities:
