Inside Sales Manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years as an Inside Sales Rep and/or Account Executive with phone-based cold calling and closing deals experience
• 2+ years as a people manager in sales with a demonstrated ability to drive pipeline management
• Preference for experience in high-velocity sales, SaaS, and startups
• Comfort with CRM and customer engagement tools like SFDC, Outreach, Gong
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
