Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX or Creative Design.
• 3-6 years experience, including internships.
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with mentors and leadership to manage creative design projects.
• Work with Account Solutions team members to understand project requirements.
• Design content for digital sales presentations and marketing materials.
• Incorporate current design trends and fundamental principles in designs.
• Responsible for modifying existing designs and project planning.
• Provide design support for marketing and training activities.
• Present design concepts to internal clients.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other tools for design projects.
• Maintain the quality of work and communicate project status.
