Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations in a high-growth B2B environment, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Strong expertise in sales methodology development and deal desk management.
  • Experience in driving marketing lead flow and demand generation.
  • Demonstrable ability to leverage data insights for decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, and other CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to analyze and improve processes related to CRM and sales.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in a Chief of Staff role or similar position.
Responsibilities:
