Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Bookkeeper with a US-based client.
• Well-versed with GAAP and other US financial practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with Xero or other bookkeeping platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, bank deposits, and payroll processing.
• Assist in developing and managing budgets and forecasting future financial performance.
• Reconcile bank statements, verify invoices, and maintain a clean general ledger.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for business initiatives and strategic decisions.
• Prepare regular financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain an organized bookkeeping system for easy access to records.
• Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
